Founder & Principal
Fred John is a dynamic strategic researcher and marketing advisor with experience on both the client and supplier sides in a career spanning over 40 years. He served for two years as Vice-President of ESOMAR, the global market research professional association, and is currently one of the US Representatives for that enterprise He is a recognized authority in the field and a keen observer of emerging trends in the industry.
His resume includes extended tenures at Yankelovich Partners, where we ran the global network as a well as a custom research team, and at MasterCard Worldwide, where he was responsible for global product and corporate reputation research.
As a practitioner, Fred emphasizes identifying insights, and producing relevant conclusions and strategic recommendations. He is also focused on preparing compelling reports and presentations using storytelling techniques. Fred is a well-regarded writer and frequent presenter at industry forums whose papers are considered insightful and provocative. He has just completed writing a book on the applications of storytelling in communicating research learning which should be available in the fall of 2021.

Liz Moore is a professional market researcher with over 18 years of qualitative research and marketing experience with a unique understanding of how to effectively design and manage all aspects of a qualitative project.
Working closely with clients, she takes the time to understand the needs, objectives and expectations that are critical to successful research programs.
Liz’s professional experience includes serving as Founding Partner of Chrysalis Partners LLC, and before that, of Square One Research.
Liz has considerable experience working in the B2B space, including carrying out research among SME and large enterprise executives. She has also carried out many assignments for high-tech companies. Clients include Hewlett-Packard, Verizon, Delta Air Lines, Motorola, and MasterCard, among many others.
Director, Quantitative Services
Linda has worked in marketing research for close to twenty years, managing a wide variety of domestic and international strategic projects.
She has worked on the client side as well as on the supplier side of the business with well-respected market research companies including Maritz Marketing Research, Yankelovich Partners, and BAIGlobal (now part of Ipsos). She founded her own consultancy, Quantum Insights, 10 years ago.
Linda has served a wide-range of clients, including those in the education, advertising, publishing, financial services, retail, telecommunications, and travel & entertainment industries. She currently focuses on the pharmaceutical sector.
Linda is a past president of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) in which she continues to remain an active member.
